Born Imaobong Regina Askia Usoro in 1967. In 1983, she gained admission into the University of Calabar to study Medicine. She was later transferred to the University of Lagos and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Biology. In 1988, she won the Miss Unilag beauty pageant. After months as the Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria (MBGN), Bianca Onoh resigned and Regina took over the crown. She represented Nigeria in Miss Charm International (Russia) and Miss International (Japan); both in 1990. She took up acting as a career in 1993 where she was featured in the popular soap opera "Fortunes". She won the Best Actress in Nigeria by Afro Hollywood London in 2000 among several awards and has produced some movies and shows. Regina featured in some television commercials including Visine Eye Drop and Kessingsheen Hair Care. She is currently a registered Nurse alongside an actress, model educational activist and television producer. She is married to Rudolf Williams who is an American and they are blessed with two children. Regina and her family reside in the United States.
